Yield Opportunity Discovery

Top DeFi yield pools ranked by risk-adjusted APY. Filter by chain, asset, or category. Every pool shows base APY vs reward APY so you can spot emission-driven yields before they decay.

Quick answer. Rank opportunities by risk-adjusted yield, not headline APY: prefer pools with high base APY, TVL above 10M USD and a low-IL flag. Most double-digit reward APY is token emissions that decay within weeks — do not annualize it.

How to read this table

✓ Low IL risk

Single-asset or stablecoin pools — no impermanent loss exposure. Best for capital preservation.

⚠️ High reward APY

Most "yield" is protocol token emissions. These decay over weeks as emissions taper. Don't extrapolate to a year.

📊 TVL matters

Pools below $1M TVL carry smart-contract and exit-slippage risk. Stick to $10M+ for safer positions.

Yield Discovery FAQ

How is this different from the Stablecoin APY Tracker?

Discovery scans 14,000+ pools across every asset and category — lending, stable LP, volatile-asset LP and NFT LP — while the tracker focuses on stablecoins. Discovery defaults to a higher 10M USD TVL floor and flags impermanent-loss risk per pool.

What do the categories mean?

Lending is single-asset supply (low IL risk). Stable LP is liquidity between stablecoins. LP is volatile-asset AMM liquidity with IL exposure. NFT LP is concentrated or NFT-style liquidity positions with the highest active-management risk.

Why is the default minimum TVL 10M USD?

Pools below 1M USD frequently show inflated APYs that collapse on large exits, and carry disproportionate smart-contract and rug risk. A 10M USD floor removes most of those from the default view; you can lower it deliberately to explore newer pools.

How often is the data refreshed and where does it come from?

Data is fetched live from the DeFiLlama Yields API each time you apply filters. APYs move constantly with utilization and emissions, so verify the final rate on the protocol interface before depositing.

What does the IL column tell me?

It flags pools exposed to impermanent loss. Single-asset lending and stable-stable pools show low IL risk; volatile-asset LP pairs can lose value relative to simply holding even when their APY looks high.

Does a high ranking mean DifiCalc endorses the pool?

No. Ranking is a quantitative sort, not an endorsement. Read the linked protocol review (audits, age, TVL, risk grade) before depositing and treat the table as a shortlist for your own research.
